We are currently recruiting for Higher Level Teaching Assistants with experience in SEN support to join a dynamic and inclusive school setting.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Teaching Assistant Qualification
  • Experience working with children with a range of SEN (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive, flexible attitude.

Plan and deliver learning activities for individuals, groups, or whole classes under the direction and supervision of a qualified teacher.

  • Support pupils’ learning and development, including those with special educational needs, by adapting resources and providing tailored assistance.
  • Assess and report on pupils’ progress, providing feedback to teachers to inform planning and support.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Lead and support extracurricular or enrichment activities, contributing to pupils’ wider educational experience
