• Previous experience working within a school or similar setting
• KS1 & KS2 knowledge
  -Good differentiation skills
• The ability to build rapport with young learners
• Positive classroom management in line with school policies
• The ability to use own initiative and work with other support staff
• The ability to support small groups with intervention learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
