Grade 6 - £28,142 for 37 hours per week term time only for 45.8 weeks per annum equating to £24,720.05 pro rata rising to 46.8 weeks, £27,844.83 pro rata per annum after 5 years’ service.
Haverfordwest High VC School is seeking to appoint a HLTA specialising in numeracy for a open-ended contract (subject to funding). The successful candidate would join us in working in an environment which promotes excellence, inclusion and high expectations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking a lead role within the school to address the needs of pupils who need particular help to overcome barriers to learning. A primary focus of this role will include initiating and implementing numeracy interventions for pupils.
A good standard of education, and an understanding of children/young people’s needs and rights together with experience of working with children communication skills is essential for this role.
