Grants Pass School District No. 7 is now accepting applications for the following temporary/overload position for the 2025-2026 school year:
Location: Highland Elementary
Position: Educational Assistant
Hours: 6 hours per day

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade. Also one of the following options:
• Two years of college study
• An associate’s (or higher) degree
• A passing score on the District’s reading, writing and math assessment.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Knowledge of and experience with computers.
• Knowledge of business English, spelling and mathematics; some knowledge of office practices and procedures; type at a working rate speed.
• Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with fellow employees and ability to get along well with students.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Bilingual and biliterate in Spanish preferred.

STARTING SALARY: $16.15-$23.32 PER HOUR (2025-2026 PAY RATES CONTINGENT ON RATIFICATION AND SCHOOL BOARD APPROVAL). DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION.
