Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated High School Science Teacher who can teach both Biology and Chemistry. The teacher should live within a reasonable distance to conveniently commute to the school at 200 Ronson Drive, Etobicoke, appr. within 30 min drive. We will not accept your applications if you live far because it is an in-person position, NOT online.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for educating and mentoring high school students, creating a positive learning environment, and fostering academic growth.
Job Description
· 25 hours a week (excluding School Breaks)
· 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) from 9:00am to 2:55pm (excluding Lunch Breaks)
· The Employee agrees to work additional teaching hours on mutual agreement, if needed.
Probation period:
The Employee is required to complete a probation period for the duration of three months from the day of hire. During this period the competence and suitability of the Employee for a regular position will be determined. The employment may be terminated at any time during the probationary period if Queens Grove School finds the Employee unsuitable for regular employment.

Personal days:
-The Employee is entitled to six personal days throughout the year.
