REQUIREMENTS
Our Highway Design / Roadway Engineer is essential to the success of our company! Your daily tasks involve helping prepare engineering designs, studies, and reports to deliver multimodal transportation infrastructure. Further, you take charge when brainstorming creative solutions for challenging projects. Through design, study, and report preparation, you ensure we are meeting criteria, and are in compliance when it comes to all appropriate applications of technical methods are being used. You also work hands-on when developing engineering design details, specifications, contract drawings, and estimates.
When appropriate, you take opportunities to participate in presentations and perform inspections and research in the field. You also assist with training and mentoring new employees. Finally, you help ensure our projects are of the highest quality as you monitor current roadway design trends and methodologies. Ultimately, we rely on you to keep our projects running smoothly and successfully!
