We are looking for an enthusiastic and personable individual to join our Highways team as an Engagement Officer. This role is vital to ensuring smooth communication with residents, businesses, and the public about upcoming roadworks and closures throughout Cornwall.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Signage Setup: Install signage for road closures and works.
• Community Engagement: Inform residents and business owners about planned works by delivering letters or engaging directly in conversation.
• Issue Resolution: Respond to queries from the public and address concerns professionally and effectively.
• Support Local Businesses: Ensure businesses affected by works are informed and supported.
