Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You’ll work as part of a team undertaking Highways repairs, cyclical works including gully cleaning and general highway maintenance.
You’ll use technology (tablets/apps) to input safety data and maintenance records. Drive/operate plant and equipment where trained, necessary for the day to day tasks set.
You’ll take responsibility for vehicles/plant/materials in your charge.
Where appropriate provide direction/supervision of the work to less experienced operatives.
Undertake winter and emergency maintenance out of hours activities on a standby rota.
