JMT is currently ranked #50 on Engineering News-Record’s list of the Top 500 Design Firms. JMT is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their Highways Group in Kennesaw, GA. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of complex projects and assists Office Leader and Section Heads with business development, financial management of projects, and management of staff at the local level. Essential Functions and Responsibilities * Assist with strategic growth plan with office managers and practice leaders * Assist with growth of market presence in area through marketing and business development * Manage financial budget for projects and allocate resources accordingly * Contribute to the production of proposals * Serve as a technical expertise resource to project engineers and technical staff * Identify resources for staffing needs * Assist with interviews and hiring of staff for the section * Perform performance reviews for staff based on input from project engineers on assigned teams Nonessential Functions and Responsibilities * Perform other related duties as assigned
