Procure-to-Pay Lead Analyst, Helpdesk Position Overview Global Procurement, Third-Party Management & Shared Services (GPTPMS) is Evernorth’s official strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management organization. Whether an employee or function is looking to purchase new goods or services, renew an existing supplier relationship, or identify suppliers for consideration of a good or service, the GPTPMS organization has the tools and processes in place to achieve those goals. The Procure-to-Pay Lead Analyst position resides within the Digital Procurement & Operations department. The Procure-to-Pay Lead Analyst will be accountable for answering questions posed by suppliers and/ or internal business customers relating to a wide range of topics including invoices, supplier on-boarding, term-sheets, purchase orders, catalogs and Ariba access. The goal of the Procure-to-Pay Lead Analyst will be to effectively answer questions on the first outreach or escalate to the appropriate team. Customer satisfaction is a must, we aim to deliver a great customer experience every time. Responsibilities Resolve tickets routed in Service Now within the established SLA. Provide clear directions, resolution to issues received or escalate to appropriate team. Respond to all ticket requests in a timely fashion. Be the subject matter expert on a wide range of topics; quickly navigate resources to find solutions. Accurately document notes, directions, resolutions in tickets for historical reference Review invoices as part of SOX controls Answer emails sent to our order help email box. Organize, prioritize, assign, and support day to day work assigned to team. Keep up to date on new learnings and best practices in the ongoing refinement of business processes. Analyze ticket trends and recommend solutions to prevent future tickets from being submitted. Qualifications Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer focus, experience in dealing with internal and external customers and stakeholders. Deep understanding of Ariba and Service Now. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with advance use of Excel. Fundamental understanding of procure to pay and accounts payable processes. Strong analytical, cross-functional communication skills, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. Cross-functional business team environment experience preferred with an ability to foster working relationships with the team and across internal departments. Required Experience & Education: BA / BS in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement/Sourcing, Project Management, Marketing, Operations, or related field preferred. 5 - 8 years of experience with Procure to Order processes, with a focus in customer service Knowledge of procurement principles, theories, and processes. Experience with P2P applications such as Ariba, Coupa, iPro, etc. Experience with Service Now Location & Hours of Work Full-time position, working 40 hours per week.
