Offer assistance and care, ranging from minor to severe cases, as a key part of a dynamic team. Key Success Factors A newly achieved graduate degree from a recognized nursing school. You have a Registered Nurse certification and an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing. You want to learn new skills in a specific specialty. A knack for decision-making that positively impacts patient care.
