EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.

Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Welcome guests during the overnight shift (typically 11 PM - 7 AM), assist with check-ins, reservations, and inquiries.
  • Night Audit: Prepare and finalize Night Audit work, ensuring accurate daily transaction balancing. Must be detail oriented.
  • Security: Conduct security walks to ensure guest and property safety.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insights.
  • Collaboration: Work with other departments for smooth operations and exceptional service.
  • Skills: Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing. Strong problem-solving skills and independence.
