ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILTIES Equipment Operation • Ensures a flawlessly executed event through accurately and timely set-up, operation, and breakdown of audio-visual equipment Customer Service • Maintains a positive attitude and relationship with clients through effective communication • Meets with guests on-site to ensure that their needs are met and the equipment is working properly. • Monitors events and checks in on customers throughout the day and evening • Remains in the banquet room or event space during the entire event to monitor event and the client throughout.
