Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) INFRAM Implementation Consultant to guide our healthcare client through their digital infrastructure maturity journey. This is a crucial role focused on assessing, planning, and executing the client’s infrastructure roadmap to achieve HIMSS INFRAM certification. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of healthcare IT infrastructure and a proven track record of successful HIMSS INFRAM projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end HIMSS INFRAM assessment and implementation project for a healthcare organization.
  • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the client’s current IT infrastructure against the HIMSS INFRAM maturity model (Stages 0-7).
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including IT leadership, clinical teams, and operational staff, to gather data and understand current processes.
  • Develop a detailed, actionable roadmap and project plan to guide the client from their current INFRAM stage to a desired future state.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for domains such as cybersecurity, data center solutions, mobility, network transport, and service management.
  • Assist the client in preparing for and successfully completing the HIMSS INFRAM self-assessment and validation process.
  • Identify infrastructure gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement and provide strategic recommendations to align with clinical and business outcomes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor throughout the project, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Document project progress, findings, and final recommendations in clear, concise reports.
