The Role As a Hindi Content Moderation Specialist, you will play a critical role in fostering a safe, authentic, and inclusive environment on the Partner’s platform. You will be responsible for enforcing Community Guidelines by reviewing user-generated content and ensuring compliance with established policies and safety standards. This position requires independent judgment, high attention to detail, and the ability to process a high volume of content efficiently within backend moderation systems. Important Note: This role involves daily exposure to potentially explicit, offensive, or disturbing content, including sexual content, violence, drug-related material, racism, and other harmful themes. Candidates must be comfortable working in such an environment.
