WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience in Hire, Plant Hire, Powered Access Hire, Car Rental, Transport Coordination, or Logistics.
• Strong customer service skills – you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, so professionalism and friendliness are a must.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• A proactive and organised approach to work, with strong attention to detail.

• Customer Interaction: Taking inbound calls, providing expert advice, and ensuring clients receive the best service.
• Transport & Delivery Planning: Coordinating deliveries and collections efficiently to meet client needs.
• Operational Coordination: Liaising with the service team to ensure equipment is maintained and delivered in top condition.
• Upselling & Business Growth: Identifying opportunities to upsell additional services, equipment, and accessories to maximise revenue.
• Systems & Administration: Using computer system for bookings, scheduling, quoting and maintaining accurate records (computer literacy is essential).
