We are on the grow again and searching for a Hire Specialist I. The Hire Specialist I is responsible for the specific APS Hire implementation needs for clients. This position is onsite at our corporate offices located in Shreveport, LA. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Respond to client inquiries via tickets and phone calls Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 issues such as: Password resets Onboarding errors Brand/logo changes Adding new users Correcting SSO configurations Escalate more complex issues as needed Maintain documentation of resolutions and client interactions Provide phone and email client support on the APS Hire system daily while building long-term relationships with primary contacts. Coordinate with CareerPlug on any issues or bugs discovered until resolved. Other responsibilities as needed or assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities: NA Requirements Education, Qualifications, Skills and Abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The list below is representative of the qualifications, skills, and abilities required and preferred: Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred. 3 to 5 years experience in phone based client service preferred. Experience in applicant tracking systems or recruiting preferred. Experience with software and systems preferred. Strong client centric focus. Strong ability to manage multiple projects and tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong planning and organizing skills and attention to details. Ability to work with people and work as part of a team. Must be able to work in an environment in which constant deadlines exist. Must be able to work the hours necessary to successfully perform in this position. Must understand all company guidelines, procedures, and workflow.
