At AHL Healthcare Group, our Adult Foster Care division, At Home Living, is committed to providing high-quality, person-centered care in a home-like setting. Our programs are small, four-bedroom residential homes designed to promote independence while ensuring safety, support, and well-being.
About the Role

As a Program Coordinator, you will:

  • Lead and inspire a team of direct support professionals to provide outstanding care
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure a safe and fulfilling home environment
  • Coordinate individualized care plans that promote independence and personal growth
  • Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and maintain high-quality standards
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare providers

Position Details
Location: Ned’s Ranch - East Bethel, MN
Schedule: Flexible based on house needs
7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Compensation: $21.00 per hour

EDUCATIONEXPERIENCE (MUST MEET ONE OF THE FOLLOWING):

  • Bachelor’s degree in a human services-related field and 1 year of full-time work experience
  • Associate’s degree in a human services-related field and 2 years of full-time work experience
  • Diploma in a human services-related field and 3 years of full-time work experience
  • 50+ hours of human services-related training and 4 years of full-time work experience under supervision
    (Experience must include direct care services for individuals with disabilities or seniors aged 65+)

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and ability to pass MVR check
  • Pass MN DHS Background Study
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) and basic computer use
