Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented Female Accounts and Admin Assistant to support our Finance and Administration teams. The ideal candidate will handle general administrative duties, assist in accounting tasks, and contribute to the smooth operation of our office. This position is part of our Emiratization initiative, dedicated to the growth and professional development of UAE Nationals.
Position: Accounts and Admin Assistant (Emiratization Program)
Location: Abu Dhabi

REQUIREMENTS:

  • UAE National with a valid family book.
  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in administration or accounting is an advantage but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED4,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Support the accounts department in processing invoices, payments, and expense tracking.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and managing petty cash.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and clients to ensure timely processing of payments and invoices.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and handle procurement as needed.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and support with travel arrangements.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
