Responsibilities: • Perform daily accounting and bookkeeping activities • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and financial reports • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes • Monitor company expenses and follow up on outstanding payments • Assist with VAT documentation and ensure compliance with financial regulations • Conduct bank reconciliations and track financial transactions • Support payroll documentation and general finance administration • Collaborate with internal teams on financial matters and data accuracy • Ensure timely and precise updates to all accounting systems and records Requirements Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce • Proven experience in accounting or finance-related roles • Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting procedures • Proficiency with accounting software such as Tally, ERP systems, QuickBooks, or equivalent • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications • Excellent communication and organizational abilities • Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling
