Job Description Role: Agentic Software Engineer Location: Austin, TX / San Francisco, CA Duration: 12+ Months Role Summary Strong software engineer with hands-on experience using GenAI & agentic tools to accelerate development. Ability to combine AI-driven workflows with solid engineering fundamentals. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure applications. Write clean, modular, well-tested code. Work on system design, APIs, databases, cloud, and distributed systems. Use AI tools/agents for coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. Define guardrails for AI-generated code (security, standards, testing). Monitor and improve AI-assisted productivity and code quality. Ensure security, performance, and compliance of applications. Required Skills Strong coding in Java / Python / JavaScript / Go / C# / Kotlin. Solid fundamentals: DSA, OOP, APIs, databases, cloud, CI/CD, testing, security. Hands-on with AI coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Gemini, etc.). Experience in AI-assisted code generation, testing, and refactoring. Ability to review and validate AI-generated code critically.
