REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in any position within our restaurant, candidates should possess the following skills:

• Experience in restaurant or food service environments
• Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
• A willingness to help others and work as part of a team
• Bartenders and Servers must have open night and weekend availability
• Line Cooks and Hostesses must have open daytime availability

• Operating point-of-sale (POS) systems for order processing
• Managing time effectively to meet service demands during peak hours
• Collaborating with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Supporting bartending duties if applicable, including mixing drinks and serving beverages
