• Develop and implement event plans, drive event sales
• Recognizes opportunities to maximize revenue by upselling
• Focus on sales-building, and booking events
• The role also have involve assisting the General Manager operation of the restaurant
• Proven ability to build sale, meet quotas through strategies of networking and promotion
• 2+ years of experience in a sales (preferably hotel, restaurant, or cater operation)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office ( Outlook, Word, Excel) and internet searches
• Working knowledge of Tock or Opentable an asset
• Excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient knowledge of sales forecasting and financial reporting
• Strong food, wine, spirits knowledge
• Superior ability to provide customer service
• Attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
• Generate new business relationships and able to network
• Contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
