JOB SUMMARY:

As a Hiring and Recruiting Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition process. From sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to collaborating with hiring managers and improving our employer brand, you’ll ensure we bring the best people on board.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR
• Strong understanding of recruiting techniques and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for people and organizational growth

• Manage full-cycle recruitment
• Develop and post job ads on various platforms
• Source and screen candidates using resume databases, social media, and other tools
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
• Assist with employer branding efforts and recruitment marketing strategies
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience from start to finish
• Monitor hiring metrics and provide regular reports
• Stay current on hiring trends and labor market changes
• Verify payroll
