Senior Associate - Private Equity Fund Accounting SS&C GlobeOp, US MNC www.ssctech.com Afternoon Shift Job Location – Pune DO: (Job Description) • Assist in resolving breaks and in preparation of cash projections or wires • Assist in setting up of the Fund and its investments/AIVs/Partners in the system • Calculate fees and prepare NAV pack. • Process capital calls and distributions; prepare waterfall file • Prepare and issue Partners’ capital statement (PCAP). • Prepare of financial statements (FS) as per US GAAP/IFRS • Handling audit / investors’ queries in timely manner.
