Nulixir is seeking an organized and enthusiastic Hiring Coordinator to support our growing Production Team. This entry-level position is a great opportunity for someone interested in starting a career in recruiting and human resources. As a Hiring Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the operations and administrative team to help schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and maintain a smooth and professional recruitment process. EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in office management or as a medical receptionist is preferred but not required.

  • Familiarity with customer support practices and a commitment to providing outstanding service.

  • Bilingual; fluent in Spanish & English required.

    Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
    Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Directors and Hiring Managers to track and monitor current and future hiring needs.
  • Assist with creating and posting job openings on multiple platforms and job boards.
  • Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Communicate promptly and professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Conduct candidate outreach through job boards, referrals, and social media to support recruiting efforts.
  • Support the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, collecting required documents, scheduling orientation, and assisting with new hire set-up.
  • Help organize recruiting and hiring events alongside the HR team.
  • Collect and report interview feedback and hiring trends to management.
  • Support other HR, recruiting, and administrative projects as needed.
