What You’ll Be Doing Convert design mock-ups or wireframes into Drupal themes using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Work with Drupal’s theme layer and Twig templates to integrate front-end code with back-end functionality. Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility for seamless user experiences. Optimize performance through minification, compression, image optimization, and caching strategies. Collaborate closely with designers and developers to translate ideas into beautiful, functional interfaces. Test for usability, accessibility (WCAG 2), and browser consistency. Use Git for version control and manage code deployments to staging/production environments. Stay updated with the latest front-end and Drupal trends and continuously improve your craft. What You Bring to the Table 3+ years of experience in UI/UX and front-end web development. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, SASS, and Twig. Experience working with Drupal CMS and build tools like Git, npm, and Grunt. Familiarity with Figma or other wireframing/mock-up tools. Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2) and responsive design principles. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for user-friendly design.
