职位要求
Job Requirements
至少2年以上相关英语/数学/科学教学经验。
At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience in English, Mathematics, or
Science.
有所教科目和教育类学术背景者优先。
Candidates with academic backgrounds in the subjects they teach or in
education are preferred.
英文教师须拥有国内专业八级证书或在雅思考试中获得均分7.5分以上或同等资质的成绩。
English teachers must have a domestic TEM-8 certificate or an overall IELTS
score of 7.5 or above, or equivalent qualifications.
熟知新加坡教学体系，国际学校教学内容和大纲的教师优先。
Teachers familiar with the Singapore education system, international school
curricula, and syllabi are preferred.
拥有教师资格证者优先。
Candidates with teaching qualifications are preferred.
能独立备课，根据学员测评和分析结果为学生量身定制个性化的教学方案。
Able to independently prepare lessons and tailor personalized teaching plans
based on student assessments and analysis.
沟通能力强，耐心有亲和力，认真负责，有良好的团队精神。
Strong communication skills, patience, approachability, responsibility, and a
good team spirit.
工作内容
Job Responsibilities
自主备课，根据学员测评和分析结果为学生量身定制个性化的教学方案。
Independently prepare lessons and tailor personalized teaching plans based on
student assessments and analysis.
根据学员进度设计个性化的作业并按时批改。
Design personalized homework based on student progress and provide timely
feedback.
根据学员的情况个性化授课，完善课程内容，帮助学员课后答疑。
Deliver personalized lessons, refine course content, and assist students with
post-class questions.
定期与学术主管沟通，完成学员课程反馈表，并根据学生的学习进度调整教学计划。
Regularly communicate with the academic supervisor, complete student
progress reports, and adjust teaching plans based on student progress.
