HIRING EVENT MARCH 20, 2026 110 FIELDCREST AVE 6TH FLOOR EDISON, NJ 08837 HIRING FOR FLEX Security Officer (S) AND SOC OPERATORS CLIENT SITE IS IN RAHWAY, NJ $18.50-$24.50 WITH THIS POSITION YOU WILL NEED TO BE AVAILABLE 2 OUT OF THE 3 SHIFTS AND 6 OUT OF 7 DAYS! WILL INCLUDE WEEKENDS. What We’re Looking For: * Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Be the friendly face and first point of contact. * Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication is essential. * Proficient Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge required. * Physical Endurance: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. * Flexibility: Must be available for weekend shifts. * Frequent sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and navigating uneven terrain. * Handle Physical Demands: Frequently lift/move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds. * SORA CARD or able to obtain. * Comfortable doing Mobile and foot patrol. * MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS: * • Must be at least 18 years of age. * • Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., pager or phone). * • Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private) with a clean motor vehicle record! * • Must have the legal right to work in the United States. * • Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English. * • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
