The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Bar Manager who will lead our bar program while also working alongside the team. In this role, you’ll:
Oversee bar operations, including cocktail development and inventory.
Support, train, and motivate staff to maintain strong service standards.
Take an active role behind the bar, especially during busy shifts.
Contribute to growing Gitano’s reputation as a go-to spot in Davie Village.

Hands-on leadership — you’re comfortable managing and jumping behind the bar.
Strong hospitality skills — you know how to make guests feel welcome.
Creativity — you enjoy developing drinks and keeping standards fresh.
Organization — you can run a bar smoothly day to day.
