Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Server with a passion for Mexican food and exceptional customer service skills. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in serving, specifically in a restaurant setting, and the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends. We take pride in making everything from scratch, including our vibrant dishes, all freshly prepared each day.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as a Server, with the ability to handle multiple tables and orders.
• Knowledge of traditional Mexican dishes and beverages (is a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Open availability and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Take and serve orders for food and beverages, including traditional Mexican dishes.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions guests may have about the menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, as well as responsible food service guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, particularly on weekends.
