Job Description Develop parametric automotive surface models for BIW underbody components, ensuring compliance with packaging, design, performance, and geometric requirements. Create and manage associative assembly models. Collaborate with CAE teams to meet DVP&R and DFMEA targets through virtual validation. Participate in design reviews, track progress, and highlight risks or concerns. Ensure designs meet functional interfaces, regulatory standards, best practices, and customer expectations. Maintain part data, structure, and history in TC/PLM systems in alignment with EBOM requirements. Release parts and assemblies following corporate release processes. Support EBOM team in keeping product structures updated. Assist in technical feasibility, design robustness, manufacturability, and documentation compliance. Ensure readiness and completeness of documentation for tooling release. Engage in supplier technical reviews and coordinate with suppliers and plant teams to resolve issues without delivery delays. Provide engineering support during pilot, launch, and post-launch phases for issue resolution. Support change management by implementing design updates and incorporating feedback. Perform DMU checks for clash detection and clearance validation. Participate in diagnostics and problem-solving activities with cross-functional teams Qualifications Diploma/BE Contract/country: Fixed Term Job family: Design - Numerical
