Skills & Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service or related field.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.  Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.  Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.  Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills. Preferred Experience:  5+ years in a customer service role.  Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., telecom, e-commerce, banking]. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):  Customer satisfaction score (CSAT).  First response time and resolution time.  Call quality and adherence to scripts.
