The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong customer relationships while achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales opportunities. Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert leads into sales. Explain products/services clearly and address customer concerns. Follow up with potential customers to close sales. Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred). 1–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, or customer acquisition. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Experience using CRM software and MS Office applications. Good listening, persuasion, and objection-handling skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2B or B2C sales. Knowledge of lead generation and sales funnel management. Multilingual communication skills are an advantage. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of calls made per day. Lead conversion rate.
