• Establish Project Office roles and responsibilities, and project timelines with SG Client project team and PRM vendor
• Review and confirm user requirements and define user interface / user experience (UI/UX), in compliance with the industry standards and best practices
• Derive and finalise data requirements e.g. data types, fields and definitions by calibrating across business units (10) in SG Client Design Deployment management with vendor
• Define Deployment approach (on-board users)
• Determine Deployment timeline Plan official kick-off for project with PRM vendor and SG Client Team
• Communicate user requirements with PRM vendor and work on agreed timeline of solution design and development
• Deliverable: Drive closure of Design phase with a Design sign-off document,agreed and approved by the SG Client project team
