Job description: Location - Bangalore Experience Range - 8+ Years Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 8+ years of overall experience in relevant technologies. Strong understanding of SQL and database administration best practices. Deep expertise in Snowflake platform: architecture, features, data warehousing, and optimization. Advance certifications in Snowflake is a strong plus. Knowledge of Apache Iceberg: table format, schema evolution, metadata management, and operational scripting. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Knowledge of Python for scripting and automation is preferred. Experience with resource tuning and cost optimization in cloud data platforms. Hands-on experience with Snowflake custom script development. Familiarity with public cloud storage solutions (Azure Blob Storage). Experience in ETL, shell or Python scripting, data modelling, analysis, and data preparation. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team; proactive in driving business decisions and taking ownership of deliverables. Demonstrated full life-cycle experience in enterprise software/data engineering projects. Proficiency in security and governance best practices for data platforms.
