QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5–15 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
• Proven experience handling both Canadian and U.S. logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of outbound freight and inventory management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to reliably commute to Vaughan, Ontario.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and coordinate outbound freight shipments.
• Oversee inventory management processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain strong communication with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Identify and resolve logistical issues proactively with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and customs requirements for cross-border shipments.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents and records.
• Support continuous improvement of shipping and logistics processes.
