Yujiro Japanese Restaurant now hiring kitchen Line cook!

Job Summary

  • Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
  • Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces etc.)
  • Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Maintain health standards for raw and finished products
  • Stock inventory appropriately
  • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion

Requirements:

  • Must Speak, Read, Understand Basic English
  • Knife skills is required
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Willingness to learn
  • Adaptability
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work as a team

**Starting wage to be determined based on experience.
Must have at least 3 years experience in Line cook experience, an asset if experienced/knowledge in Sushi/Japanese restaurant
