This unique hybrid position allows you to work in both real estate sales and rental leasing, making it ideal for agents looking to expand their income and build long-term client relationships in Calgary and surrounding areas.

QUALIFICATIONS

– Must be a Licensed Alberta REALTOR®, registered with RECA
– Leasing or property management experience in Calgary is a strong asset
– In-depth knowledge of Calgary’s housing and rental market
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Access to a vehicle for property tours and showings
– Proficient with MLS®, social media, and digital real estate marketing

– Represent Calgary home buyers, sellers in property transactions
– Market and lease residential rental properties in Calgary and nearby communities
– Conduct showings and open houses in neighborhoods like Beltline, Bridgeland, Evanston, Seton, and Signal Hill
– Advise Calgary clients on current real estate market trends, pricing strategies, and legal compliance
– Stay compliant with the Real Estate Act, Alberta Residential Tenancies Act (RTA), and RECA guidelines
