This role is pivotal in expanding our outreach, building key partnerships, and driving enrollment through targeted market initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong relationship-building skills with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities, fostering collaborations, and representing our organization with professionalism and integrity. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to increase enrollment and market presence. Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with schools, community organizations, and local stakeholders. Lead outreach campaigns through events, presentations, and digital engagement to promote institutional offerings. Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform growth planning and positioning. Manage lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion processes with precision and professionalism. Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with academic programs and institutional goals. Maintain accurate records of leads, partnerships, and campaign performance using CRM tools. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or outreach within education or a similar sector. Proven track record of achieving sales or enrollment targets in a competitive environment. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust and rapport across diverse audiences. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities. Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and data analysis. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Flexibility to travel within the region and participate in evening or weekend events. Passion for education and community engagement.
