HIRING: PERSONAL & EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (TIERRA VERDE, FL – IN-PERSON ROLE)

Location: Tierra Verde, FL (Must live locally and be able to commute daily)
Schedule: ~2–3 hours per day, with flexibility for occasional last-minute needs
Compensation: Competitive and based on experience

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Personal & Executive Assistant to support both household and business operations. This is a hybrid position for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys variety, and takes pride in staying one step ahead.
This is not your typical 9–5 desk job. It’s ideal for someone who’s tech-savvy, resourceful, and enjoys making life run smoothly behind the scenes.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Visiting the home daily to maintain organization and assist with tasks
  • Sorting and managing packages/mail (Amazon, USPS, FedEx, etc.)
  • Helping ensure all personal and business bills are paid and up to date (may include setting up automations)
  • Running local errands, personal and professional
  • Assisting with setup and coordination for small events or gatherings
  • Managing and communicating with vendors (landscaping, pool, maintenance, etc.)
  • Supporting with calendars, reminders, and light admin work
  • Keeping both the home and business environment running smoothly
  • Responding quickly to unexpected or urgent needs
