We are a growing company and excited to be in one of the most spectacular restaurant locations in Vancouver. We are an upscale casual restaurant that focuses on the Italian influenced fair in our 1906 heritage building and speakeasy live music venue the 2nd Floor Gastown. We have an extensive wine and cocktail program to compliment every dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We are looking for cooks to join our energetic and dynamic team.
Our ideal candidate will have a sincere passion for culinary expression, attention to detail, hospitality, true guest connection, and strong knowledge of culinary technique.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Food preparation, food service and cleaning procedures for the section assigned to them.
  • Maintenance and cleaning respective sections
  • Quality of food presentation and taste up to company standard
  • All the food items prepared and served according to health code standards and practices
  • Suggests ideas for improvements in raw material, menus, cost savings and equipment
  • Have full knowledge of all menus and promotions
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage and maintain a clean kitchen
