The project manager will be responsible for end to end planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of academics program with a strong focus on robotics,coding and STEM initiatives This role requires close coordination with the academic teams,schools,trainers and internal stakeholders to ensure quality delivery,learning outcomes and scalability KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the Learning Management system(MLS) Oversee robotics and STEM program execution including trainer onboarding, scheduling and academic quality assurance DEsign and implement Monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track program effectiveness,student engagement and trainer performance Analyze academic data and generate insight driven reports for leadership and stakeholders Collaborate with curriculum, product and training teams to improve delivery models Ensure academic compliances, documentation and process standardization across regions Support continuous improvement through feedbacks loops from schools , trainers and students Manage end to end academic program implementation across multiple schools ensuring alignments with curriculum goals and learning outcomes Skills- Strong understanding of program management in k-12/STEM education Hands on experience in LMS management and academic analytics Expertise in monitoring, evaluating and quality assurance frameworks Excellent stakeholder coordination Intrested one can dm or share your resume with neha@educohire.com
