We are seeking a seasonal Restaurant Managers for multiple outlets here at Basin Harbor. Key responsibilities of this role will be to team leadership, overseeing service in our high-quality, well-loved and established Basin Harbor restaurants. Operations: Manage daily front-of-house (servers, bartenders) and coordinate great food service with back-of-house staff. Guest Experience: Ensure high service standards, resolve complaints professionally, and maintain welcoming ambiance. Financial & Inventory: Manage budgets, control F&B/labor costs, analyze sales reports. Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate employees, enforcing company policies and safety standards. Requirements Restaurant management experience of 3 or more years required. Prior wine sales and knowledge preferred. Some essential competencies are: Understanding the need for proper etiquette and service standards, able to give and take direction and work in a team environment, attention to detail, efficient, and able to perform multiple tasks systematically in a fast-paced environment. Ability to use and teach other to use a POS cash register system, and any other restaurant related equipment. Employees must maintain a clean, well kept, professional appearance. As well, shift work may be long and varied, including evening and weekends, required full-shift walking and standing. Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. frequently, 50 lbs. occasionally throughout shift. Basin Harbor conducts pre-employment criminal background and reference checks on all employees.
