· Industry Background: Prior experience in MEP sectors, Interior Fit-Out, owner’s associations and facility management companies is mandatory.
· UAE Sales Experience: 3–5 years of proven sales experience in MEP projects, ideally within interior fit-out, joinery, construction, owners’ associations and facility management companies or building materials industries.
· Lead Management: Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and ensure timely follow-up.
· Client Coordination: Maintain regular communication with existing clients and ensure fulfilment of orders.
· Sales Strategy: Formulate and implement strategies to boost revenue and expand market presence.
· Quotations & Negotiation: Prepare pricing proposals and negotiate deals to close effectively.
· Market Development: Identify and target potential contracts with owners’ associations, facility management companies, construction, infrastructure, and industrial projects across the UAE.
