Translate business needs into structured analytical frameworks and deliver data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making. Process and analyze large-scale datasets using advanced tools such as SAS/SQL, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and relevance. Design and develop interactive, high-impact dashboards for executive and operational audiences using BI platforms like Tableau/Power BI. Perform rigorous quality control checks to maintain data integrity, consistency, and reliability across all deliverables. Travel internationally as needed to support client engagements and on-site project requirements. Lead onboarding and training initiatives for new team members, covering domain knowledge, tools, and best practices. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data insights roles at reputable firms. Proven proficiency in SAS/SQL for data extraction, transformation, and manipulation. Advanced expertise in business intelligence tools, including Tableau/Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization. Advanced skills in MS Excel, including complex formulas, data modeling, and automation. Strong problem-solving abilities with a track record of turning ambiguous business challenges into clear analytical solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights to diverse audiences.
