We’re a new addition to Burlington’s food scene — a craft-casual beer garden and smokehouse with a focus on community, elevated cuisine, and contagious energy. Since opening last July, we’ve built an awesome team, but we’re looking to bring on a full-time Sous Chef.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

We’re looking for a team member who is excited to jump into a fast-paced kitchen and support our mission of delivering amazing food in a fun, community-focused environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Help the executive chef with meal prep, food handling and line work to keep service running smoothly
  • Support the kitchen team with a variety of tasks during prep and service
  • Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift
  • Always follow proper food safety and sanitation practices
  • Work closely with fellow chefs to deliver top-quality dishes
