As our Hiring Specialist, you’ll own the full recruitment cycle from posting roles to onboarding placed candidates and play a direct role in delivering results for our clients. There’s no big HR team behind you and no rigid playbook to follow. Just a real opportunity to make this function yours. This role starts part-time with a clear path to full-time for the right person - we want someone driven and ambitious who sees this as a launchpad, not just a job. What You'll Do Write and post job descriptions across job boards and platforms Source candidates proactively - don't just wait for applications to come in Screen applicants through resume review and initial interviews Conduct interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and culture fit Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and clients Manage candidates through the full pipeline from first contact to offer Keep ATS records accurate and up to date - track recruiting metrics and surface issues before they become problems Send clients regular updates on recruiting — where candidates stand, what’s next, and any blockers Support the onboarding process for newly placed candidates What We're Looking For 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Fluent in English - strong written and verbal communication is a must Scrappy, resourceful, and autonomous - you figure things out and don’t wait to be told what to do Driven and ambitious - you don’t just meet the bar, you raise it Comfortable with ambiguity and able to juggle multiple roles without dropping the ball Why You'll Love This Role Pay rate: $5-7 USD per hour, based on experience Part-time to start - strong performers move to full-time 100% remote - work from anywhere in the world Real ownership from day one - your work directly shapes how we grow and deliver for clients A front-row seat to scaling a business - with the opportunity to grow your role as we do
