REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid RSA certificate is mandatory
• Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure restaurant environment
• Strong communication skills and positive customer service attitude
• Confident in taking table orders and handling POS systems
• Must be able to attend to customers professionally and maintain a friendly demeanor
• Basic knowledge of Indian food or prior experience in hospitality is highly regarded
• Previous experience at an Indian restaurant is preferred but not essential

• Greet and seat customers with a welcoming attitude
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve dishes and beverages with professionalism and attention to detail
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per RSA guidelines
• Assist in table clearing, resetting, and maintaining cleanliness
• Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions via POS
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams
• Provide suggestions and explanations for menu items when needed
