Description

Responsibilities

Operate CNC Trimmer machine safely, accurately, and efficiently using Work Instructions.
Load programs on machine, make necessary adjustments and trimmer calibrations
Read, understand and follow job specific Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
Responsible for completing daily production logs, hourly loss reports, and product tracking in system
Setting up and processing of all rubber packing seals and A-Lips
Accurately measure with PI Tape, Calipers, and Drop Gauges.
Wear required PPE: hearing protection, safety glasses, and steel toe shoes. Other areas may also have job-related PPE such as gloves and/or sleeves and will be provided.
Maintain proper daily maintenance and housekeeping of machines using ‘Five S’ Lean concepts - sort, set in order, shine, standardize.
Ability to Travel for 2 weeks at a time to Salt Lake City for initial training is a plus
